I am a tradional cook, who is passionate about preserving naturally, the old-fashioned way. I make jams,relishes and mustards. My customers are lovers of condiments, home cooking and naturally preserved foods, Because I am a small business, i differ from most, as I personally make all my goods in small batches, to maintain consistency, quality and of course flavor, using good locally grown fruits and vegetables, sourced in New Zealand.
