Blackcurrant jam, one of my personal favorites. I make this jam a bit tarty so you can really taste the blackcurrants. I grow the blackcurrants and we are spray free. This Jam is only available at certain times of the year, as when we run out of blackcurrants we do not order it in, as a lot of my customers buy this jam as the blackcurrants are spray-free.
